Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging included.
Opened, Fitted, or Attempted Fitment Items
If a product has been opened, fitted, or an attempt has been made to fit it, it will no longer be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50%, subject to inspection and approval.
To be considered for a partial refund:
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
The item must be returned to us for examination
The final refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the product after inspection
This applies only to items received within the 14-day return period and does not affect exclusions such as sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all associated costs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly notify us within 24 hours. In cases where the packaging appears damaged upon receipt, please sign for the package as "damaged" with the courier.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you have received the wrong item and wish to exchange it, please contact us first. Do not send the item back without contacting us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
